More and more details come with reports by witnesses from cities and villages throughout Asia about shocking encounters with enormously giant intelligent robot-ghost audio-video synthesizer that looks exactly like overlarge cybernetic semi-robotic panda with multicolored keyboard (or, rather, kind of plate, or wall, of sonorous window-ports to most likely random channels of "concrete multiversal", as In de Finite called it) on its belly.
This solitary creature is, however, extremely friendly and lets those wanting to push its buttons, responding to each click with sounds that are not just familiar to us humans rings, clangs, clinks, twangs, chimes and dongs, but rather space-time oscillations described by many as leap or diving into infinite freedom and happiness, usually accompanied by peculiar inside-skull tickling sensations, caused by so called "bubbles popping in your head" hallucination.
Thanks to Hasyao Makayaki, popular Japanese journalist, who coined the name, today in Eastern hemisphere this creature is widely known as SSCB (or SCREENING SPECTRAL CAT-BEAR). It inspired a lot of things already. For example, "Inner panda that lives in my inner Mongolia", Chinese art house movie by independent director Syun Mao. Or a concept of "PAN-DA", or universal affirmation, developed recently by one famous German philosopher.
At the same time the whole group of contemporary artists signed so-called "PAN-DA-DA MANIFESTO", calling for "total reevaluation of everything".
According to Wikileaks, in August 2018 many information agencies and governments received a controversial letter from anonymous group of hackers claiming responsibility for what they call P.A.N.D.A. (or PUBLIC ACCESS NETWORKING and DIRECT ACTION), which is, the letter says, "the ultimate tool of planetary - and interplanetary - emancipation, last generation liberation program which main function consists in unpacking of inner truth and joy of everything that comes across". '
